Zamare Minerals is a Zambia-focused exploration company targeting the next generation of copper and critical mineral discoveries across some of Africa’s most prospective geological terrains. With a licence portfolio exceeding 1,000km², Zamare operates across the Copperbelt, Domes Region, Western Forelands and Central IOCG Province — regions hosting world-class mines and major discovery potential.

Led by an experienced technical team with deep expertise in African mineral systems and the Central African Copperbelt, Zamare combines modern exploration methods, strong regional networks and an agile operating model to rapidly advance high-quality opportunities.

Using an integrated exploration approach combining geology, geochemistry and geophysics, the company develops mineral system-scale understanding and generates compelling drill targets across underexplored terrains and concealed beneath cover.

Backed by African shareholders, strategic partners and strong local relationships, Zamare is positioned to move quickly and maximise exploration impact. With a lean, field-focused strategy and disciplined capital allocation, the company remains focused on discovery, efficient project advancement and long-term value creation.

Zamare is committed to responsible exploration that supports local communities, creates economic opportunity and helps secure the critical minerals required for the global energy transition.

Why Zambia

Zambia is one of Africa’s leading mining jurisdictions, home to the world-class Central African Copperbelt — a globally significant source of copper and critical minerals essential to the energy transition.

With exceptional geological prospectivity, a long mining history, and a stable, mining-supportive environment, Zambia continues to attract strong international investment and ranked among Africa’s top jurisdictions for mining investment attractiveness in the 2025 Fraser Institute Survey.

The country is targeting copper production of 3 million tonnes annually by 2031, supported by expanding infrastructure, renewable power capacity, and a highly skilled mining workforce.

The development of the Lobito Corridor — linking Zambia and the Copperbelt to the Atlantic coast through Angola — is expected to improve export routes, reduce transport costs, and strengthen critical mineral supply chains between Africa and Western markets.

Against this backdrop, Zambia is rapidly emerging as a key destination for the discovery and development of the next generation of copper and critical mineral deposits.
